INTRODUCTION:
This is a sales program under the management of the Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Bureau organized by the Restu Residential Council for the academic session 2023/2024. This program will run for 6 weeks on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, subject to current circumstances. The program aims to inject one of USM's HEBAT attributes among students, which is entrepreneurial mindset development, while also providing students with the opportunity to formulate a business plan to make this program successful.
This program will be fully run by MPDR members starting from purchasing cooking ingredients, food preparation processes, and food delivery to customers. The Committee of Dapur Surr KNK will carry out tasks according to the established schedule. Committee members will begin taking orders through the Dapur Surr KNK group channel created on the WhatsApp application, and food preparation will start from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Residents can choose two methods of food collection; 'pickup' or 'COD (cash on delivery)'. Subsequently, food delivery will take place from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm to all customers. This program targets all residential students within USM who wish to experience the variety of menus that we have set.
